The eGovernment Benchmark analyzes a set of eight events. Every year four events are measured; so that the biennial period covers eight life events. The method of valuation was amended in 2016, which makes comparisons with the complete series before 2016.
According to this report, spain is located with a level of penetration and medio-alto digitisation, forming part of Fruitful eGov scenario, which includes the best of its kind countries above the european average in both digitization and penetration.
