As a result of the deployment carried out recently in Stable Services, had been updated version of @firma in production.
The innovations of this release include the validation of foreign certificates according to the TLS and appropriateness of format for a signature detected to specified in the regulations eIDAS.
For the validation off the TLS, @firma return information from the certificate's validity and information fields as they appear in its own certificate without mapping. Therefore, be @firma will behave in a slightly different to the way for certificates issued by spanish providers, for which they return areas, through a standard mapping, which are used by applications for retrieving the person or entity signatory. For example, to the certificates validated the TLS, are not being returned fields such as the name or Name and surname or DNI. Instead, they returned fields as "Subject" "or Alternative name" Holder that may contain information of the name or surname but with the format for having established a Certification service provider.
With regard to the adequacy of regulation eIDAS type of signature detected by @firma, delegations are reminded that may require accommodations from applications to recognize the new labels as explained in the news of 13 june the

. This change is available in Stable Services since 01/08/2017 but it will not be activated in the production environment until the end of the year.
