The congress was organized by the public Innovation with the support of institutions such as the FEMP, COSITAL, CNMC, IESE, AERCE, APMEP Observatory, the procurement process and the social network Novagob.
The objective of the congress is threefold:
- Discuss the legal problems, technological and organizational arrangements for the new forms of contracting demand already existing eu regulations and national levels.
- To pool the experience, the projects launched, the technologies applicable, the opportunities for collaboration.
- Establish permanent channels of communication and transfer of experiences and technologies between public officials.
